I think the ACC's relative pos...Fantastic article. I think the ACC's relative position is great news. I hope some penalties do start happening. As long as ACC is on top, anything that does take scholarships away from BCS schools and gives to often better performing smaller schools I think is good for both sports. <BR/><BR/>I have to say I am SHOCKED that FSU is in the top 10.
